Software Engineer Entry Level [Hybrid/Flex]

General Dynamics Mission Systems is a leader in high technology solutions for defense and scientific operations. They are seeking an entry-level software engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for creating software integrated solutions across secure environments, focusing on mobile and web application development.

Responsibilities

• As a software engineer for the Mission Readiness Systems business area, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for creating software integrated solutions for various secure Android, Windows, and Linux environments with a strong focus on mobile and web application development

Skills

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
• Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required
• Agile experience preferred
• Experience with mobile development platforms such as Android and .NET MAUI cross-platform framework
• Experience with C#, Java, JavaScript, ExtJS, SQL
• Experience with Docker and container application development
