- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Occasional evening shifts may be required based on school needs.
- Rotating weekends may be scheduled to ensure consistent mental health service coverage.
- Some on-call availability will be necessary for urgent mental health situations. Compensation

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, taking into account their personal history, presenting concerns, and risk factors.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in partnership with students to address mental health issues, enhance emotional well-being, and facilitate successful integration into the school community.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to support students’ mental health needs.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting personal growth, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.
- Collaborate with a network of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners, to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to treatment.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and making appropriate referrals for higher levels of care as necessary.
