About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll combine client support, digital engagement, and travel coordination by helping individuals explore vacation opportunities and navigate their travel planning journey. You'll work with prospective travelers through online platforms while assisting with trip arrangements and travel-related inquiries.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and support are available for qualified candidates.
What You'll Do
Engage with prospective travelers through social media and digital communication channels
Share travel inspiration, destination highlights, and vacation opportunities
Assist clients with reviewing travel options based on their interests and preferences
Help coordinate reservations for resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
Guide clients through planning and booking-related processes using approved systems
Follow up on inquiries and provide timely travel-related assistance
Maintain accurate records of client communications and trip information
Stay informed on destination trends, supplier promotions, and industry updates
Participate in virtual training programs and team development sessions
