About the Role
This is an execution-focused Social Media Strategist role inside a proven agency framework.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, strategy, content structure, consistency, and working across multiple brands while collaborating with creative, ops, and leadership teams.
- What You’ll Do
- Execute social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Build and manage monthly content plans and posting schedules
- Write captions and provide clear content direction across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setting
- Coordinate with internal creative, video, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate professionally with clients and guide them through content plans and timelines
- Monitor post performance and basic analytics to inform optimizations
- Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices and apply them appropriately
- Maintain organization, deadlines, and quality across all assigned accounts
- Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working inside SOPs, templates, and structured workflows
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with social media management or analytics tools is a plus (Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
