About the Role:

A creative and analytical Social Media & Content Research Specialist is needed to support a growing content and media brand. This role focuses on content research, trend analysis, social media management, content organization, and strategic support for the creator's online presence.

The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about social media trends, content performance, audience engagement, and platform growth strategies. They should be proactive in identifying opportunities, researching competitors, and helping generate content ideas that align with the brand's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Research & Trend Analysis

Research emerging social media trends and viral content opportunities

Monitor competitors, creators, and industry leaders

Identify content themes, formats, and strategies that drive engagement

Provide recommendations for future content initiatives

Social Media Strategy Support

Assist in developing content calendars and posting schedules

Support audience growth and engagement strategies

Analyze content performance and identify improvement opportunities

Research platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices

Content Organization & Publishing

Organize content assets and maintain content libraries

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

Coordinate content workflows and posting timelines

Maintain consistency across brand messaging and online presence

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track content performance metrics and audience growth

Monitor engagement, reach, and platform analytics

Prepare reports and recommendations based on data insights

Help identify successful content patterns and opportunities

Creative Support

Brainstorm content ideas and campaign concepts

Assist with content planning and execution

Support creator-led initiatives and brand projects

Collaborate on creative strategies that increase visibility and engagement

Qualifications & Ideal Traits:

Must-Have

Previous experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Experience researching content opportunities and audience behavior

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to work independently and proactively

Preferred

Experience supporting influencers, creators, production companies, or personal brands

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Experience using content scheduling and analytics tools

Basic understanding of content strategy and digital audience growth
