Social Media Content Operator (New CPG / Wellness Brand)

We're looking for a freelance social media content operator who can own our end-to-end content system across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms (X, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn optional). This is a part-time role, ideal for a highly visual, culturally fluent creator who understands CPG, wellness trends, and early-stage storytelling.

What You'll Do:

Launch and brand all core social accounts (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Build out a content calendar and keep it populated with brand-consistent visuals, copy, and video

Repurpose existing assets (renders, founder photos, mockups, Reels) and turn them into feed, story, and short-form video posts

Source relevant content (e.g., gym videos, early customer reactions, founder clips)

Suggest and execute light UGC-style content where relevant

Write captions, hashtags, and calls to action using our tone guide

Iterate weekly based on feedback

You're a Fit If You:

Have managed or built IG/TikTok/Shorts content for CPG, wellness, or startup brands

Can edit Reels/TikToks in CapCut or equivalent

Know how to tell a story in 15–60 seconds visually

Have an eye for subtle, elevated design (we are not loud or gimmicky)

Are comfortable working with founders, async, and fast-paced early brand environments

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with clean label food/bev brands

Interest in gym culture, wellness, longevity, or high-performance nutrition

Light experience with influencer DM outreach or affiliate tools
