This is a remote position.

OpenLoop is seeking a Sleep Specialist to review, diagnose, and establish treatment plans for our patients based on their at-home sleep study results. About the Position

This is an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment that puts patients first. We hire clinical care professionals who deliver care using telemedicine modalities including asynchronous, video, and phone encounters.

Physicians function as independent staff clinicians within an interdisciplinary care team. They are responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making in accordance with industry standards of care, clinical practice guidelines, and organizational policies.

Job Responsibilities: Review sleep questionnaire results to validate at-home sleep study order

Review at-home sleep study results to diagnose clinical conditions

Interface with patient via telemedicine for initial and follow-up sleep study reviews

Create a prescription and letter of medical necessity for CPAP, oral appliance, or surgery as needed

Abide by established clinical protocols Qualifications: Active board certification in Sleep Medicine or Pulmonology

Active and unrestricted license in 20+ states

Three years of relevant clinical experience in Sleep Medicine is required!

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional demeanor

Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours: This is a 1099 contract position

Minimum 20 hours per week required

Majority asynchronous care

Some weekend availability required

Compensation structure varies by care type and visit modality and will be discussed during the recruitment process.
