Nautica is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to join their omnichannel E-commerce team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of the online platform, ensuring timely product activations, and supporting promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the product setup and activation process of item creation, photography, copy, and inventory under Site Merchant team guidance
- Assist in the creation, testing, and implementation of promotional codes to support offer-based sales and discounts entered by Senior Site Operations Manager
- Own E-commerce PIM (product information management) and platform catalog operations across hard markdown execution. Clearance style moves and Product Detail Page (PDP) separations for style colorway markdowns
- Shadow Senior Operations Manager to support catalog replication, content refreshes, and new product and feature launches led by the Front-End Developers and Product teams
- Assist Site Merchandising Managers with administrative tasks (i.e. special project launches, inventory tracking, PIM maintenance, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with key cross-functional partners, including Developers, Creative Services, Customer Service, and Merchandise Pricing & Planning team
- Track site health key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate any cause for concern
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational best practices
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or digital retail
- Proficiency in PIM software and a Content Management System, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) preferred and adaptability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Exposure to web analytics and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
- Passion for E-commerce and staying current with industry trends and best practices
- Minimum of 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
