As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction, governance, and systems engineering standards for ServiceNow implementations across the organization. You will partner closely with Strategic Committee leaders, guided by the Lead Technical Architect, to develop governance frameworks, procedures, and documentation that define how ServiceNow solutions are designed and delivered.
In this role, you will provide systems engineering guidance to multiple scrum teams—ensuring technical designs align with governance models, industry best practices, and the broader ServiceNow product ecosystem. You will support teams in designing applications, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and creating solution blueprints that reflect both current and future state needs.
Here’s What You Need
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow product suite, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, HRSD, and SecOps
- Experience with emerging ServiceNow capabilities and platform features
- Strong background in systems engineering, workflow design, and business process management
- Proficiency in mapping current and future state business processes
- Experience creating technical designs, solution blueprints, and architecture documentation
- Ability to evaluate use of out‑of‑the‑box capabilities vs. custom development
- Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to provide governance and guidance to technical teams
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow shared data model and product landscape

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
