Role Overview
- We are seeking aService Delivery Manager / Service Managerwith strong technical expertise inAzure/Microsoft platformsandmandatory Japanese linguistic support experience. The role requires managing service delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and bridging communication between Japanese stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery for cloud/on‑premise solutions
- Provide technical leadership on Azure platform architectureand Microsoft stack
- Support Japanese linguistic requirements in customer interactions and documentation
- Collaborate with network, application, and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Apply knowledge of distributed application architecture, ALM, and SOA
- Manage application lifecycle, prioritization, and time management effectively
- Support Azure development, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with virtualization, Hyper‑V, load balancing, geo‑redundancy, CDN, and VPN technologies
- Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
- Technical expertise in Azure platform and architecture
- Knowledge of Microsoft stack (.NET 3.0/3.5/4.0, Visual Studio languages: VB, C/C#/C++)
- SQL Azure / SQL Server experience
- Familiarity with networking concepts (VIPs, NAT, DNS)
- Distributed application architecture, ALM, SOA
- Virtualization concepts, Hyper‑V configuration/administration
- Strong prioritization, time management, and follow‑through skills
- Japanese linguistic support – 5+ years (mandatory)
- Experience Requirements
- 8+ years in IT roles
- 5+ years in Japanese linguistic support
- 5+ years in systems development, network operations, or customer service
- 3+ years in application development (preferably cloud platforms)
- 2+ years in Azure development or Azure support
