Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Execute SEO strategies across multiple client accounts under the guidance of senior SEO leadership.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata improvements, and content recommendations.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify improvement opportunities and assist with implementation plans.
- Monitor industry and algorithm changes to ensure client strategies stay current.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, web development, and account teams to ensure SEO is integrated into broader marketing efforts.
- Provide SEO support for campaign launches, content planning, and website enhancements.
- Participate in client calls as needed to present insights and share progress updates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze organic performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
- Create monthly performance reports with key findings, optimizations completed, and data-driven next-step recommendations.
- Identify trends and proactively surface new ideas to improve results.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and foundational technical SEO concepts.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and/or Ahrefs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable presenting performance insights and reporting directly to clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) or emerging search technologies.
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
- SEO or analytics-related certifications.
