Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic Advertising Platform team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, researchers, and customer insights specialists to develop new large-scale, low-latency, high-performing systems that integrate with core external systems and services.

You'll be responsible for translating complex product and business requirements into technical roadmaps and execution plans, coordinating changes across organizations, and building innovative products that deliver exceptional customer experiences to billions of viewers. The impact of this role spans across many organizations, and you will be expected to influence and lead initiatives at all levels.

Key Responsibilities


  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead exceptional cross-group coordination and prioritization to translate critical product and business requirements into comprehensive technical guides and strategic plans

  • Program Development: Organize and drive changes across multiple organizations and teams, building innovative products that deliver exceptional customer experiences to our global user base

  • System Architecture Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, engineers, researchers, and customer research professionals to develop new large-scale, low-latency, high-performing systems that integrate seamlessly with core external systems and services

  • Tracking & Reporting: Assist in standing up new programs with robust tracking mechanisms, monitor performance, and generate comprehensive reports on program metrics and outcomes

  • Insights & Optimization: Drive insights and identify opportunities to enable feature improvements and continuous optimization of our advertising platforms

  • Executive Collaboration: Work with senior management, business partners, data science, and engineering teams to develop and execute on strategic roadmaps

  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations to ensure alignment and successful program delivery

  • Process Improvement: Build sustainable processes, organize release plans, and ensure efficient program execution from inception to delivery

Essential Qualifications


  • Experience: 6+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams in a technical capacity

  • Technical Program Management: 6+ years of technical product or program management experience, specifically related to advertising technology, streaming platforms, or digital media

  • Architecture Experience: Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems

  • Program Leadership: Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and organizing release plans

  • Roadmap Strategy: Experience driving roadmap strategy and definition for complex technical initiatives

  • Project Management: 6+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability considerations, and technical trade-offs in advertising technology platforms

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in the streaming television, Connected TV (CTV), or Over-The-Top (OTT) advertising space

  • Background in programmatic advertising, ad tech platforms, or digital marketing technology

  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and real-time bidding platforms

  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

  • Proven track record of launching successful advertising products from concept to market

  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven advertising optimization

  • Experience working with external partners, APIs, and third-party advertising ecosystems
