The Role: Senior Strategic Agency Manager
As a Senior Strategic Agency Manager at arenaflex, you will serve as a pivotal link between our organization and our network of agency partners. Your primary mission will be to leverage your executive influencing skills to strengthen partnerships with traditional and digital media agencies, ultimately increasing the value that arenaflex media brings to their business and their customers' businesses. This role is about far more than sales—it's about becoming a trusted advisor, strategic consultant, and growth enabler for your agency portfolio.
You will be responsible for driving business growth and product adoption across a broad portfolio of agency-managed accounts. Your expertise will shape how agencies approach new and existing business opportunities, combining your deep knowledge of both traditional and online media with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Strategic Agency Manager, you will be entrusted with delivering against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Ownership: Manage a diverse portfolio of agency partners by thoroughly understanding their growth drivers, identifying untapped opportunities, managing potential risks, and building comprehensive multi-quarter plans for sustained achievement.

- Strategic Planning: Shape the agency program by serving as a thought partner for the Agency Lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning, contributing to the overall direction of the partnership program.
- Resource Alignment: Drive alignment on the allocation of strategic resources for your agencies to fuel growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual business growth.
- Capability Development: Develop the capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization to enable sustainable business growth for all parties involved.
- Budget Influence: Focus on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthen long-term commercial growth partnerships within your agencies.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a robust combination of experience, skills, and personal attributes:
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, with specific experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.

Compensation and Benefits
