Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience creating test plans, test strategies, and quality processes for data/ETL releases

Basic understanding of LLMs and AI-driven features, including how to test them effectively

Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, especially with ETL workflows

Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or FHIR

Strong experience with PostgreSQL and database testing for reporting and ETL validation

Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
