Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Developer – Mid Level

Role Overview

Responsible for supporting the migration from HubSpot to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including configuration, CRM integration, automation rebuild, and data migration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild HubSpot workflows in Engagement Studio.
  • Configure automation rules, dynamic lists, scoring, grading, and lifecycle stages.
  • Map and migrate data (contacts, lists, properties) from HubSpot to Pardot/Salesforce.
  • Configure and manage Pardot–Salesforce CRM connector, field mappings, and sync behavior.
  • Set up Connected Campaigns and campaign attribution alignment.
  • Develop and modify email templates, forms, and landing pages (HTML/CSS, HML).
  • Support domain authentication (SPF, DKIM) and email deliverability setup.
  • Troubleshoot sync issues, duplicate handling, and automation errors.
  • Support testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years Salesforce/Pardot experience; minimum 1+ years hands-on Pardot experience.
  • Strong expertise in Engagement Studio, automation rules, and segmentation.
  • Solid understanding of Pardot–Salesforce integration and sync mechanics.
  • Experience in marketing automation platform migration (HubSpot or similar preferred).
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages.
  • Experience with data imports, deduplication strategy, and lifecycle mapping.
  • Working knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Preferred

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certification.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing automation migration projects.
