We are a boutique Salesforce consultancy and Summit (Platinum) Partner delivering complex, high-impact implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud — and increasingly Media Cloud and Agentforce.


We are looking for a high-performing Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong configuration and technical capability, who is comfortable leading from the front in client-facing environments and building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.


This role goes beyond traditional consulting. You will operate across solution design, hands-on build, and client leadership, while also embracing the next evolution of delivery: AI-assisted Salesforce configuration and automation.


You will work closely with Architects and Developers, but are expected to independently shape solutions from ambiguous requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have delivered complex implementations in consultancy or multi-client environments.






Main Duties & Responsibilities



  • Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions, moving from AS-IS to TO-BE design

  • Lead client-facing engagements:

    • Discovery workshops

    • Requirements gathering

    • Solution walkthroughs and playback sessions



  • Own end-to-end configuration across environments:

    • Objects, fields, record types, page layouts

    • Validation rules, approval processes

    • Security model (roles, profiles, permission sets)



  • Design and implement advanced Flow automation, including:

    • Cross-object logic

    • Error handling frameworks

    • Scalable, maintainable automation patterns



  • Deliver solutions across core and emerging Salesforce capabilities, including:

    • Salesforce Media Cloud (industry-specific data models, media workflows, advertising lifecycle)

    • Salesforce Agentforce (AI-powered agent experiences, automation, and augmentation)



  • Use AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Github Copilot, or equivalent) as a core part of delivery to:

    • Accelerate and validate metadata configuration

    • Support solution design and edge-case handling

    • Generate documentation, test cases, and implementation artefacts

    • Improve delivery speed and quality



  • Contribute to solution architecture discussions, working closely with Technical Architects

  • Design and maintain scalable data models, including industry-specific schemas (e.g. Media Cloud)

  • Design and support integrations with third-party systems (telephony, marketing tools, document generation, data platforms)

  • Own and contribute to testing strategy:

    • UAT

    • Regression testing

    • Release readiness



  • Work within structured delivery environments:

    • Agile sprint planning

    • Estimation and backlog management

    • Release and DevOps processes



  • Build reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making

  • Support pre-sales activities, including demos and solution shaping

  • Mentor junior team members and set standards for quality and best practice






Knowledge & Experience Required



  • 5+ years Salesforce experience, ideally within a consultancy or multi-client delivery environment

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, not just incremental enhancements

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • Salesforce Flow (essential)

    • Data modelling and relational data structures

    • Security and sharing models



  • Experience across:

    • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

    • Additional exposure to Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is beneficial



  • Exposure to Media Cloud or other Industry Clouds is highly advantageous

  • Working knowledge or practical experience with Agentforce / AI-driven Salesforce capabilities is a strong plus

  • Strong experience with:

    • Integrations and AppExchange tools (e.g. document generation, e-signature, telephony, marketing platforms)

    • Data migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)



  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments with DevOps practices (Jira, Git, CI/CD, SFDX)

  • Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in Salesforce delivery is essential, including:

    • AI-assisted metadata configuration

    • Automation design and debugging

    • Documentation and testing acceleration



  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences






Strong Differentiators



  • Experience in a Salesforce consultancy / partner environment

  • Certifications:

    • Salesforce Administrator (required)

    • Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder

    • Consultant certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)



  • Experience with:

    • Media, advertising, or industry-specific implementations

    • AI-enabled Salesforce features (Agentforce, Einstein, automation augmentation)

    • Field Service, Omni-Channel, or Service operations

    • Marketing automation (Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement)

    • Data/analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)



  • Exposure to enterprise-scale or multi-org implementations
