SUMMARY

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the Salesforce platform, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and other business systems. This individual will play a key role in optimizing the platform to enhance operational efficiency, support business needs, and drive digital transformation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administers, configures, and maintains the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability and efficiency.

Manages user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

Creates and customize reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation processes to support business operations.

Collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement tailored solutions.

Leads and oversees relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring successful integration and support for Salesforce-related applications.

Evaluates, selects, and manages AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations that align with business needs.

Provides training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and system effectiveness.

Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues in Salesforce and related integrations.

Ensures data integrity by conducting regular audits, data cleansing, and deduplication.

Remains up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to drive innovation.

Partners with IT and business teams to align Salesforce strategies with company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Administrator Certification

Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification

SKILLS

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and security.

Proficient in configuring workflows, process automation, validation rules, and reports.

Proficient with marketing automation tools like Pardot or Marketing Cloud.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL is a plus.

Knowledge of ERP and insurance system integrations.

Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Skilled in managing third-party vendors and Salesforce integrations.
