Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Customer Experience and IT teams to streamline chat workflows, reducing response times and enhancing data integrity.

Lead initiatives to automate repetitive accounting tasks within the chat environment using VBA, Excel macros, and other scripting tools.

Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and chat support agents on financial best practices and data handling protocols.

Process Improvement & Controls

Conduct technical accounting research, draft policy papers, and recommend updates to accounting standards that affect the business vertical.

Evaluate existing internal controls, design enhancements, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Work closely with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to develop scalable, repeatable processes that improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience in financial accounting, reporting, or internal control functions.
