About the Role

We are looking for a full-time PPC Specialist to take ownership of Google Ads and YouTube advertising for EIN Presswire, one of Newsmatics’ key brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage paid campaigns from setup to optimization, performance tracking, reporting, and strategic review. You will help us improve, scale, and bring more structure to Google ecosystem paid advertising activities, with a primary focus on promoting our PR distribution services in the U.S. and global market.

As we continue to scale our multimillion-dollar advertising investment, we are looking for someone who can combine strong technical PPC skills with a practical, performance-driven mindset. You will work closely with our in-house marketing and data science team to identify opportunities, improve campaign efficiency, and support broader brand awareness initiatives across our portfolio.

What You Will Do

Take ownership of Google Ads and YouTube campaign setup, management, optimization, and review

Manage Newsmatics’ main Google Search and YouTube advertising accounts

Review existing account structures and identify opportunities for improvement, scaling, and innovation

Plan and launch campaigns based on agreed business and marketing priorities

Monitor campaign performance and recommend practical optimization steps

Advise on audience targeting, campaign structure, bidding, ad placements, YouTube formats, and performance tracking

Support paid advertising focused on EIN Presswire promotion, lead generation, and brand visibility

Work with Tableau, GA4, and other reporting tools as part of the performance evaluation process

Participate in online meetings with Newsmatics representatives and the in-house marketing and communications team

Help bring greater structure, consistency, and performance focus to our paid advertising activities

What We Expect

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns independently, from setup through optimization and performance review

Experience with Google Search campaigns and YouTube advertising formats

Ability to review account structures and identify practical opportunities for improvement and growth

Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, ad placement, bidding, YouTube formats, and conversion tracking

Ability to connect campaign performance with business goals such as lead generation, EIN Presswire promotion, and brand awareness

Confidence working with a significant advertising budget

Ability to provide clear, practical, and data-informed recommendations

Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools is an advantage

Experience with U.S. and global market campaigns

Confidence working independently in a remote environment

Clear communication style and ability to collaborate with marketing, content, design, multimedia, and social media specialists
