We are seeking a senior, hands-on performance marketer to manage our paid ads, conversion funnels, and tracking, with a focus on turning ad spend into qualified consultations and clients.

    Responsibilities
  • Paid Ads Management
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads (search-focused, high intent)
  • Manage Meta Ads (retargeting and selective acquisition)
  • Improve cost per booked consultation
  • Funnel Optimization
  • Improve landing page conversion rates
  • Optimize booking process and reduce drop-off
  • Align messaging from ads to landing page
  • Tracking and Attribution
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking (Google and Meta)
  • Improve CRM attribution (GoHighLevel)
  • Track performance from click to booked appointment to patient
  • KPI Ownership and Reporting
  • Own and report on key performance metrics
  • Use historical data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Provide clear, actionable weekly reporting
  • Continuously optimize toward revenue and efficiency
  • Performance Optimization
  • Identify and fix inefficiencies quickly
  • Improve efficiency before scaling
  • Focus on quality of leads, not just volume
    Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Google Ads for lead generation
  • Experience with high-ticket services ($5K–$15K+ customer value)
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and funnels
  • Experience with tracking and attribution
  • Ability to diagnose problems and take action quickly
    Nice to Have
  • Experience in men’s healthcare or wellness
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel
  • Experience improving show rates and lead quality

This role is focused on performance and revenue, not social media management, content creation, or brand strategy. Success is measured by achieving 2+ qualified booked consultations per day, lowering cost per booked appointment, and increasing conversion rates across the funnel.
