Salary: $116,413 - $162,273 per year

What You Will Do

Own and optimize enterprise load balancing and application delivery platforms, ensuring the availability, performance, and resiliency of critical business applications.

Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex Layer 4–7 traffic management and application delivery issues, leading root-cause analysis and restoring service in high-availability production environments.

Drive continuous improvement across F5, Citrix ADC, and VMware AVI platforms through automation, optimization, application onboarding, and operational excellence initiatives.

What You Will Need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

8–10+ years of experience in network engineering, with significant focus on load balancing and application delivery

Proven experience operating in large-scale, enterprise environments

Expert-level hands-on experience with:

F5 BIG-IP platform

Citrix NetScaler / ADC

VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI)

Strong expertise in:

Layer 4–7 protocols (HTTP/S, TCP, UDP, SSL/TLS, DNS)

Load balancing methods, persistence, and traffic steering

SSL offloading and certificate management

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tier application issues

F5 certifications (CTS or higher)

Citrix ADC certifications (CCA-N / CCP-N or higher)

VMware NSX / AVI-related certifications
