Senior Mortgage Processor (Elite Govy Specialist – Remote, West Coast Hours)

We funded over $200M in 2025 and are on pace to double that this year. We run a very lean, highly efficient team, and we're expanding carefully. We only hire top-tier performers who can plug in fast and keep pace with a high-output pipeline.

We're looking for a Senior Processor who knows government loans, especially FHA Streamlines and VA IRRRLs, and who can balance and close files with absolute precision.

What You’ll Do

You'll own files from start to finish and act as the operational backbone of our team:
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of FHA Streamlines and VA IRRRLs. We do everything, but those are the bulk of our loans and our specialty.
• Balance, disclose, and prep files for closing
• Coordinate with title, escrow, lenders, and underwriters
• Review conditions, solve problems fast, and keep files moving
• Communicate clearly with borrowers and loan officers
• Maintain compliance and accuracy across all documents

This is not an entry-level role. It's built for someone with mastery who actually enjoys being busy.

An absolute pro. Specifically:
• 5+ years processing experience
• Deep expertise with FHA Streamlines and VA IRRRLs
• Knows how to balance, disclose, and close cleanly
• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment

• Excellent communicator
• Works well with autonomy

Compensation

We pay top of market for top-tier talent.
• Base salary plus per-file commission
• Expected range: $75,000 to $150,000+ annually
• Six-figure earnings are realistic and expected for high performers
• Optional benefits (health, etc.) depending on structure
• W2 or 1099 options depending on candidate and role

You will be busy. You will not be searching for work. Your pipeline will be full.
