About the Company
We are a fast-growing global performance marketing agency with deep expertise across the digital advertising landscape and the adtech ecosystem. We operate a high-scale Mediabuying engine, focused on delivering strong, profitable results across international markets.
We are currently expanding our Dating vertical, promoting both in-house and third-party offers. Today, we operate 10+ Meta ad accounts, with a clear goal to scale this to 50+ active, profitable accounts.
Our work is Meta-first, performance-led, and execution-heavy - not brand marketing.
The Role
Because of this growth, we are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Mediabuyer - someone who can independently own performance end-to-end, initiate new marketing angles, and lead large-scale A/B testing across creatives and funnels.
This is a hands-on senior role, not a learning position.
You enjoy analyzing patterns, forming hypotheses, launching tests, and turning insights into profitable actions. You thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, know how to maximize EPCs through smart optimization, and are comfortable making independent budget and scaling decisions.
In this role, you are expected to act like an owner, not an executor.
Tasks
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns (TikTok / Snapchat exposure is a plus)
Own performance across multiple Meta ad accounts
Drive budget allocation, pacing, scaling, and kill decisions
Initiate and test new creative angles, hooks, and messaging
Lead high-velocity creative testing (volume, iteration, fatigue management)
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests across:
creatives
audiences
offers
funnels, pre-landers, and landing pages
Analyze and act on core performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, EPC
Optimize funnels, pre-landers, and landing pages to maximize EPC & profitability
Brief and guide designers and copywriters using performance data
Troubleshoot tracking & attribution issues (UTMs, Pixel, events, CAPI)
Produce clear performance insights, reports, and scaling recommendations
Collaborate with product, tracking, and ops - while owning results end-to-end
Stay current with Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices
Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
3-5+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads (not general digital marketing)
Proven experience managing €50K-€100K+ monthly budgets
Clear ownership over:
budget allocation
scaling & stopping campaigns
reacting to performance volatility
Strong experience with creative testing at scale
high testing velocity
A/B frameworks
fatigue management
Performance mindset:
you think in numbers, outcomes, and profit
➕ Strong Plus (Not Mandatory)
- Lead generation or dating vertical experience
- Affiliate or performance-revenue mindset, including familiarity with CPA, CPL, or RevShare models
- Funnel experience across pre-landers, landers, offers, and CRO-driven testing
- Experience using AI tools for creative ideation, iteration, or testing
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools such as Voluum, RedTrack, Hyros, or similar
- Exposure to additional traffic sources beyond Meta (e.g. TikTok, Google, Outbrain)
- Experience working in fast-moving performance or affiliate marketing agencies

- Your experience is mainly brand or awareness campaigns
- You can’t clearly explain your impact in numbers
