    Job Description:
  • Spearhead strategic planning and execution of all corporate email marketing campaigns
  • Transform Macmillan’s email program into a performance-driven D2C model
  • Oversee lifecycle and triggered email programs
  • Define and lead A/B testing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a centralized content calendar to coordinate newsletters and campaigns
  • Audit and optimize current newsletter and lifecycle strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within CIMA
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance content generation
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting that communicates audience behavior and campaign insights
    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven success managing end-to-end strategy and execution for large-scale email programs
  • Expertise in segmentation, automation, personalization, testing methodologies, and performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, compliance, and accessibility standards
  • Proficiency with ESP and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp), ecommerce platforms (Shopify), analytics/reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of social media commerce platforms (Meta, TikTok) a plus
