- Job Description:
- Deliver insight-led solutions by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with internal teams (Client Insights, Product, Analytics) to deliver integrated client solutions
- Maintain awareness of CPG and category trends
- Identify opportunities to grow the client relationship
- Build strong, productive relationships with client stakeholders
- Use Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Liquid AI) to support client engagement
- Champion client success by anticipating needs and addressing challenges
- Apply advanced analytics and insights storytelling to deliver fact-based, consumer-focused narratives
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CPG syndicated market research
- Strong expertise in point-of-sale (POS), consumer panel, and syndicated data
- Demonstrated experience with consumer panel data and comfort owning panel-based analyses
- Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and insights-storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-directed approach to identifying opportunities
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau or Power BI familiarity is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping recommendations from limited information
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
