Bilingual Immigration Intake & Client Services Assistant (Contract)

World One Law Group is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Services and Intake Assistant to help support our growing immigration practice.

This is a remote independent contractor position focused on client communication, intake, scheduling, document collection, and administrative support.The Most Important Qualifications

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls
• Conduct client intake in English and Spanish
• Schedule consultations
• Follow up with leads and existing clients
• Collect and organize documents
• Maintain accurate records in our systems
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks
• Support attorneys and paralegals as needed
Immigration Experience

Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required.
