About the Opportunity We are a U.S.-based direct hire recruiting organization supporting hiring across healthcare, technology, accounting, finance, corporate operations, construction, and skilled trades sectors. We are seeking experienced headhunters, agency recruiters, and business-development-driven recruiters who can independently generate clients, recruit candidates, and manage placements from start to finish. Full company details will be shared during the interview process. • This role is designed for recruiters who • Prefer high commission over fixed salary • Want flexibility and autonomy • Are comfortable generating their own pipeline • Can confidently contact hiring managers and decision-makers • Understand recruiting as both sales and talent acquisition • Want uncapped earning potential based on production This is not a sourcing-only role and not a recruiter support role. This position requires outbound activity, pipeline generation, and direct communication with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities • Client Acquisition & Outreach • Generate new client relationships • Call, email, and message hiring managers and business owners • Conduct outbound outreach and prospecting • Build recruiting pipelines through LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals, cold outreach, networking, and sourcing platforms • Schedule discovery calls and recruiting conversations • Help secure direct hire recruiting opportunities • Full-Cycle Recruiting • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates • Coordinate interviews, offers, and placements • Maintain CRM and recruiting activity tracking • Manage placements from intake to close • Maintain strong communication with candidates and clients • Pipeline Development • Build long-term candidate and client relationships • Maintain active recruiting and business development pipelines • Support consistent outreach and recruiting activity • Develop recruiting opportunities across multiple industries and markets Lead Generation Expectations Recruiters are expected to generate their own leads and recruiting activity consistently. Company-provided leads may be available periodically, but recruiters must still demonstrate the ability to independently create conversations, opportunities, and client relationships. • Example expectation • If you are provided a hiring manager lead on Monday, you should be comfortable calling, following up, building rapport, and working the opportunity toward a client conversation or potential close. If you are uncomfortable contacting hiring managers directly, this is not the right role for you. Recruiter Evaluation Period All candidates must complete a 2-week evaluation period before formal onboarding.
