Help define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for payer partnerships

Storytelling & Sales Enablement

Turn complex data, research, and outcomes into narratives that resonate with payer executives

Partner with product, clinical, and operations teams to translate Boulder’s capabilities and workflows into clear, payer-facing messaging

Collaborate with Product to develop and refine compelling demo scripts tailored to health plan audiences

Act as a strategic partner on large, complex opportunities—helping structure deals, shape solutions, and guide pricing approach

Enable the sales team with the positioning, materials, and support needed to close sophisticated value-based contracts

Operational Rigor & Insights

Own and evolve the systems and processes that support our commercial organization (e.g., Salesforce, pipeline tracking, deal desk)

Establish clear visibility into pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities

Lead reporting and insights for the Commercial team, SLT, and Board to drive data-informed decisions

Lead reporting for the Commercial team, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and the Board to drive data-backed decision-making and execution.

What you bring:

8+ years of progressive leadership in management consulting or healthcare strategy with experience in the mechanics of Value-Based Care (VBC)

Familiarity with Medicaid managed care organizations,state-level healthcare dynamics, and businesses shaped by public policy / regulatory factors

Ability to synthesize complex clinical and financial datasets into a cohesive, persuasive commercial narrative

General understanding of CRM (Salesforce) data structures and business intelligence tools to translate raw data into actionable performance insights.
