- Job Description:
- Create innovative, thought-provoking and highly leveraged insight offering compelling, objective and actionable advice for Gartner clients in multiple formats
- Deliver individualized advice rooted in quantitative and qualitative data and specific to the client’s role as a CHRO
- Track and work closely with vendors, market trends, emerging technologies and practices
- Create and author content that is innovative and thought provoking
- Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing insights positions across a team of analysts
- Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights
- Create and deliver high value presentation materials on and off stage for Gartner conferences and client briefings
- Provide sales support serving as voice of the market to help Insights teams create content
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Corporate and/or Consulting environments with significant contributions to enterprise transformations such as Mergers & Acquisitions or other significant inflection points to the enterprise
- Profound understanding of the challenges CHROs face as leaders within the enterprise and familiarity with the CHRO workflows and priorities
- Familiarity of the HR tech and services landscape, including general market dynamics, vendors, products and emerging use cases
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
- Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within subject area
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
