Senior Digital Marketing Consultant (Google Ads + Meta) – Proven Performance Required

We are seeking a highly experienced digital marketing consultant with a demonstrated track record of driving measurable results through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

This is not a junior role. We are looking for a strategic operator who understands full-funnel performance marketing, can own campaign strategy, and is capable of optimizing toward real business outcomes (leads, conversions, ROI)—not just clicks.

You will be working across multiple locations and campaigns, requiring strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and clear reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance-driven ad strategies across Google and Meta platforms

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns for:

Lead generation

Conversion optimization

Retargeting and funnel progression

Conduct audience segmentation and targeting strategy

Continuously optimize based on:

CPA (Cost per Acquisition)

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Conversion rates

Implement and manage tracking infrastructure (pixels, events, conversion APIs)

Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages

Provide clear reporting and insights, not just data

Collaborate on messaging, creative direction, and funnel improvements

Required Skill Sets & Experience

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Advanced experience with:

Search campaigns (high-intent keyword strategy)

Performance Max (PMax)

Display & remarketing campaigns

Deep understanding of:

Keyword intent mapping

Negative keyword strategies

Quality Score optimization

Conversion tracking expertise:

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

GA4 integration

Offline conversion tracking (preferred)

Bid strategy optimization:

Target CPA / ROAS

Manual vs automated bidding frameworks

Landing page alignment for conversion optimization

Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

Advanced experience with:

Campaign structure (CBO vs ABO)

Funnel-based campaign design (TOF / MOF / BOF)

Retargeting and lookalike audiences

Strong grasp of:

Creative testing frameworks

Scroll-stopping ad development

Frequency and fatigue management

Experience with:

Meta Pixel + Conversion API (CAPI)

Event prioritization (iOS tracking environment)

Ability to interpret and optimize:

CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

Attribution models

Strategic & Analytical Capabilities

Ability to connect ad performance to business outcomes

Strong understanding of customer journey and funnel design

Experience working with CRM integrations (lead tracking, attribution)

Data-driven decision-making (not guesswork)

Ability to identify bottlenecks in funnel performance

Bonus Experience (Highly Preferred)

Experience in multi-location or franchise marketing

Familiarity with senior living, healthcare, or service-based lead generation

Integration with CRM systems (e.g., lead tracking, pipeline attribution)

Experience managing $20K+ monthly ad spend

Experience with call tracking and offline conversions
