You’ll play a key role in designing systems that are reliable by default, automated end-to-end, and trusted by engineering teams.This is a hands-on role for someone who treats infrastructure as code, reliability as a feature, and automation as standard practice.<hr>What You’ll DoInfrastructure & Cloud Architecture<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS and GCP</li><li>Architect multi-cloud solutions with unified networking, observability, and cost strategies</li><li>Own production environments, ensuring high availability and resilience</li></ul>Kubernetes & Platform Engineering<ul><li>Manage full lifecycle of Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or self-managed)</li><li>Design and operate workloads using Deployments, StatefulSets, Jobs, etc.</li><li>Implement autoscaling, high availability, and zero-downtime deployments</li><li>Work with Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)</li></ul>Infrastructure as Code<ul><li>Build and maintain scalable IaC using Terraform (expert level)</li><li>Develop reusable modules and manage environments at scale</li><li>Work with tools like Pulumi, CDK, and Ansible where applicable</li></ul>CI/CD & Automation<ul><li>Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)</li><li>Implement advanced deployment strategies (canary, blue/green, feature flags)</li><li>Automate everything—from provisioning to deployments to operations</li></ul>Observability & Reliability<ul><li>Build full-stack observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)</li><li>Define and track SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets</li><li>Lead incident response and postmortems</li><li>Plan capacity based on growth and cost constraints</li></ul>Security & Compliance<ul><li>Implement security best practices (IAM, encryption, secrets management)</li><li>Support compliance frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001</li><li>Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines</li></ul>Cost & Operational Excellence<ul><li>Apply FinOps practices (cost optimization, tagging, reporting)</li><li>Maintain clear documentation (runbooks, architecture diagrams)</li><li>Collaborate across engineering, product, and security teams</li></ul>AI & Efficiency<ul><li>Use AI tools to accelerate IaC, automation, and documentation</li><li>Critically review AI-generated outputs for security and correctness<hr>What We’re Looking For</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>6–10 years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar roles</li><li>Experience managing production systems at scale</li></ul>Core Skills<ul><li>Strong experience with AWS and working knowledge of GCP</li><li>Solid understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, GKE)</li><li>Hands-on with Terraform (or similar IaC tools)</li><li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Comfortable with Bash or Python scripting</li><li>Advaced English </li></ul>DevOps & Operations<ul><li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot issues and handle production incidents</li><li>Understanding of system reliability and scalability</li></ul>Security & Best Practices<ul><li>Basic knowledge of cloud security and IAM</li><li>Experience managing secrets and secure configurations</li><li>Familiarity with compliance standards (SOC2, ISO) is a plus</li><li>Requirements (list the technologies or minimum requirements)</li></ul> Nice to have<ul><li>Experience with multi-cloud environments</li><li>Familiarity with GitOps or service mesh tools</li><li>Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows</li></ul><hr>What do we offer?💰 Competitive salary in USD We offer market-aligned compensation paid in USD, based on your experience and skills.🌎 100% Remote (LATAM) Work from anywhere in Latin America with a fully remote, distributed team.💻 Modern Tech Stack Build and operate systems using up-to-date tools and cloud-native technologies.🚀 Innovative Engineering Culture Be part of a team focused on AI-augmented development, automation, and rapid experimentation.📈 Growth & Learning Opportunities Gain exposure to cutting-edge practices, take ownership of impactful projects, and grow your career.
