Overview
We are seeking a Senior Associate with strong hands-on experience across AWS, particularly Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, and AI/ML infrastructure. This role combines DevOps, cloud engineering, and AI integration to support scalable, production-grade systems.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML infrastructure using Amazon Connect and AWS services
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Support engineering teams with DevOps best practices
- Contribute to development efforts (Java, Python, React)
- Implement cloud security, IAM policies, and monitoring solutions
- Scale and optimize AI/ML applications in production environments
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Lex (Bedrock is a plus)
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML systems in production
- Strong DevOps background (CI/CD, Terraform, cloud infrastructure)
- Solid development experience (Java required; Python/React a plus)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS ecosystem tools and services
- Knowledge of cloud security, logging, and monitoring (e.g., CloudWatch)
- Familiarity with tools such as Kafka, MongoDB, Splunk, or Dynatrace
