    We're seeking a Senior Designer to shape brands and campaigns for B2B clients in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of branding, design systems, and integrated campaigns and enjoys working with cross-functional teams to produce thoughtful, high-quality creative work.
    What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Create and execute visual assets for brand identities, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing content.
    • Translate brand strategy, positioning, and business goals into clear, strong visual solutions.
    • Build, evolve, and maintain scalable brand systems (logos, visual identities, guidelines, and campaign toolkits).
    • Apply best practices in typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and grid systems.
    • Adapt brand systems across multiple channels and formats ensuring consistency and quality.
    • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, strategists, media, PR, and content teams.
    • Present design work confidently and incorporate feedback constructively and iteratively.
    • Maintain high craftsmanship, attention to detail, and accuracy across all deliverables.
    • Stay updated on design trends, B2B marketing innovation, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
    What We’re Looking For:
    • 5–7 years of experience as a Designer, ideally in an agency or agency-style freelance environment.
    • Hands-on experience with B2B branding, brand systems, and integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, conceptual thinking, and multi-channel execution.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
    • Strong understanding of design's role in brand building and campaign performance.
    • Interest or experience using AI tools within creative workflows.
    • Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
