- 5–7 years of experience as a Designer, ideally in an agency or agency-style freelance environment.
- Hands-on experience with B2B branding, brand systems, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, conceptual thinking, and multi-channel execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Strong understanding of design's role in brand building and campaign performance.
- Interest or experience using AI tools within creative workflows.
