- Documenting and tracking contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Using customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions and resolve member issues
- Explaining member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
- Processing claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, and grievances

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center or retail)
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Experience in a production environment
