As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Documenting and tracking contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
  • Using customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions and resolve member issues
  • Explaining member rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
  • Processing claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints, and grievances

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment (call center or retail)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to be empathetic and compassionate
  • Experience in a production environment
