The Role: Senior Customer Service Analyst – AOG Logistics
Are you ready to take your customer service career to new heights? arenaflex is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Analyst to join our world-class Customer Response Center (CRC) team. This is a remote position that offers the unique opportunity to be part of a 24/7, 365-day operation that serves as the critical lifeline for airlines and aerospace customers facing Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations and urgent technical support requirements.
The CRC is the heartbeat of our customer support operations—a centralized hub where our dedicated professionals work around the clock to resolve complex issues, track component performance trends, and ensure that our customers can keep their fleets moving. As a Senior Customer Service Analyst supporting our AOG Logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in managing critical spare part demands and logistics coordination for customers across the globe. What You'll Do
As a Senior Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and resolving inbound AOG and critical part demand for a diverse range of aerospace customers worldwide. Your primary duties will include:
- Lead AOG Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing Aircraft on Ground situations, rapidly responding to their urgent needs and coordinating efficient resolution of their requirements.
- Issue Management: Process and meticulously monitor all customer issues and concerns from initial report through closure, utilizing a combination of advanced CRM and ERP systems to ensure comprehensive tracking and documentation.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive follow-up, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery on every interaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal organizations, including technical teams, logistics coordinators, and supply chain specialists, to ensure that required information and support are provided to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Performance Excellence: Achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive for best-in-class performance metrics, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in processes and customer satisfaction.
- Project Involvement: Contribute to small projects as directed by management, applying your knowledge and experience from previous roles to drive innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Travel Flexibility: Be willing and able to travel up to 10% as needed to support customer meetings, training sessions, or special projects.
Shift Schedule
This position operates on a rotating shift schedule designed to provide continuous coverage for our global customers. The successful candidate will work:
- Three 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) followed by three days off
- Three 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) followed by six days off
This unique schedule provides an excellent work-life balance, allowing you to enjoy extended periods of time off while being part of a team that never sleeps when our customers need us most.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field, OR in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role with demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and resolving complex issues.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. arenaflex will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $62,000 USD to $124,000 USD annually. arenaflex considers several factors when extending an offer, including the role's responsibilities, your work experience, location, education, and key skills.
