Senior Corporate Finance Manager

One of Cox Consulting Network's clients is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to support a growing multi-entity organization. This remote opportunity will play a critical role in driving enterprise financial reporting, FP&A, consolidation, and process improvement initiatives across a complex operating environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial reporting

Experience supporting consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities or business units

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and executive reporting

Experience partnering with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations

Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, month-end close, and financial analysis

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems

Ability to operate effectively in a multi-site, fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:

CPA, MBA, or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance

Experience within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or engineered products environments

Background supporting acquisitions, integrations, or finance transformation initiatives

Experience with intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidated financial statements

Experience coordinating external audits and tax reporting activities

Strong financial modeling, dashboard creation, and executive presentation development skills
