We are hiring a Senior Consultant to deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a primary focus on Microsoft Fabric. This role is a senior individual contributor operating at an architect-adjacent level, responsible for independently leading client engagements from discovery through production deployment.
This individual will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting acumen to deliver high-quality outcomes across workshops, assessments, platform implementations, and migrations. After onboarding into our delivery methodology, this role is expected to execute with minimal oversight.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery (Primary)
Independently lead and deliver billable client engagements (target: ~40 hrs/week)Execute Atmosera delivery frameworks, including:
Data Workshops (visioning, requirements, stakeholder alignment)Assessments & Blueprinting (current state analysis, target architecture, roadmap)Fabric Foundations (platform setup, governance, baseline architecture)
Proof of Value (PoV) engagements
Production deployments and migrationsDesign and implement scalable, secure, and performant data solutions in Microsoft FabricOwn technical architecture decisions Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersIdentify risks, tradeoffs, and optimization opportunities during delivery
Solution Architecture & Engineering
Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric-native toolingDevelop and tune Spark-based workloads (batch and/or streaming)Architect medallion/lakehouse patterns within FabricImplement data modeling, transformation, and orchestration strategiesEnsure alignment with Azure Well-Architected and data platform best practices
Consulting & Client Engagement
Facilitate workshops and guide clients through ambiguous problem spacesTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsInfluence client decisions through structured recommendationsMaintain a high standard of professionalism and delivery quality
Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Expertise
Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric (end-to-end platform capabilities)Strong experience with Azure Data FactoryAdvanced proficiency in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala preferred)Experience designing modern data architectures (lakehouse, medallion, ELT/ETL patterns)Strong understanding of Azure data services and ecosystem integration
