What You'll Bring


We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of success in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing major accounts in a matrixed environment, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizations and align resources effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated success in managing major accounts in a matrixed organizational structure, with proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align diverse resources effectively
  • Exceptional client engagement skills, including sophisticated relationship-building capabilities, strategic opportunity identification, and equitable negotiation techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per month, with primary travel focused on the East Coast region

  • Lead the comprehensive strategic account planning process, ensuring meticulous alignment between client objectives, market opportunities, and arenaflex's resources and capabilities
  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships across marketing, risk, and other key functions throughout the entire customer lifecycle, becoming an indispensable partner
  • Identify substantial opportunities for growth by uncovering gaps in organizational objectives and delivering tailored solutions that address specific client challenges
  • Drive new solution progression through effective stakeholder engagement, cross-functional resource alignment, and compelling value propositions
  • Develop and execute account strategies that increase wallet share, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce churn
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery

Compensation and Benefits


We offer a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience and contributions:



  • Base Salary: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications

  • Commission: This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings, with commission targets generally ranging from 20% - 50% of base salary
