- Job Description:
- Focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes across CVS Finance
- Streamlining, supporting, and enabling processes to drive meaningful and measurable business outcomes
- Engaging internal finance business partners to integrate process improvement, reengineering, automation, and other related capabilities
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data to support process reengineering and overall process improvement
- Requirements:
- Experience in scoping, defining, mapping, planning, and executing on projects in a matrix business environment
- Documenting and analyzing complex business processes
- Identifying process waste and efficiencies and reengineering processes
- Comprehending process flows and complex data sets
- Translating business requirements into functional requirements for technology-enabled solutions
- Experience creating data visualizations
- Expertise in business intelligence, including data sourcing, data management, analysis, and visualization
- Working with MS Suite products, including Visio, Access, SharePoint, Power BI; Tableau; and SQL
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or higher) preferred
- LEAN training and/or certification preferred
- Project management experience and/or certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Knowledge of robotic process automation (RPA) preferred
- Client relationship management experience and/or training preferred
