About the Digital and Direct Customer Growth Team
Within the U.S. Consumer Marketing Group, the Digital and Direct Customer Growth Team is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through customer-centric strategies across web, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail marketing channels. Our mission is to deepen engagement and make arenaflex essential for our Card Members across all touchpoints.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Customer Growth Site Marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the acquisition experience on our customer-facing website for existing Card Member bases in the United States.
Position Overview

As the Senior Analyst for Customer Site Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue through strategically timed offers, product updates, standalone benefit cards, as well as lending and banking solutions across our diverse product suite. This role offers a unique blend of creative and analytical responsibilities, requiring someone who can manage innovative direction, copywriting, offer execution, website user experience, and test-and-learn initiatives while supporting key product launches and refreshes within the channel.
You will work closely with partners across Consumer Marketing, Technology, Brand, Marketing Performance, Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver exceptional results for our Card Members and the business overall.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Support: Support the marketing of strategically timed offers, updates, standalone benefit cards, as well as lending and banking treatments across Customer Site in collaboration with leadership and team members.
- Channel Management: Perform daily management of the website channel for the consumer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across all product lines.
- Growth Identification: Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to prioritize and build feature improvements that enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics.
- Analytics and Insights: Partner with analytics teams to understand channel performance, translate data into actionable insights, and optimize accordingly.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Support the development of channel forecasts, monthly reporting/discussions, and monthly re-forecasting processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams across the organization to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve website performance metrics to drive better customer engagement and revenue growth.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
