Seeking Skilled FP&A Analyst for Client-Facing Financial Models

We’re seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to help build and maintain complex client financial models.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on modeling, scenario planning, KPI tracking, and producing actionable insights for business owners and investors. After the initial engagement, there is potential to continue working with our team on a recurring basis depending on fit and capacity.

Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Build, maintain, and improve client financial models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
  • Convert raw data into actionable insights for owners and operators
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting templates tied to operational performance
  • Validate assumptions and ensure accuracy across complex model structures

Collaboration & Advisory Support

  • Work closely with the team to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
  • Present findings and explain model outputs to executives and advisory teams
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and model enhancements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis as requested by clients or leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong FP&A or financial modeling experience; prior experience building client-facing models preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling)
  • Experience in scenario planning, KPI scorecards, and operationally-linked financial models
  • Demonstrated ability to build models independently and troubleshoot complex calculations
  • Comfortable presenting and explaining models to executives and advisory teams
  • Able to start immediately and meet deadlines consistently
