As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers, providing innovative solutions to issues, and navigating our website seamlessly.   • + Promptly answer incoming calls, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations.+ Expertly manage inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm, while seamlessly assisting customers in placing orders over the phone.+ Effectively communicate sales and promotions.+ Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • + Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds.+ Develop expertise in navigating the arenaflex website to assist customers.+ Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits.

  • + Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies.+ Capture and maintain accurate customer information.
  • **Performance and Compliance:**
  • + Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries.+ Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics.+ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • **Additional Responsibilities:**
  • + Participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role-playing exercises, and skills training.+ Perform special assignments as directed.

  • **Essential Qualifications:**
  • + High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered).+ Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred.+ Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.+ Excellent communication skills for professional phone interactions.+ Knowledge of arenaflex products.+ Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.+ Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling.+ At least 1 year of relevant experience.+ Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • + Previous experience in a remote work environment.+ Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
