Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS (100% Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing SaaS team. This role is 100% focused on outbound prospecting—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
You will be on the front lines of our sales engine, playing a critical role in pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through strategic research and discovery
Engage decision-makers and articulate the value of our SaaS solution
Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and campaigns
Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS experience preferred)
Strong cold calling and prospecting skills (this is a hunter role)
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
High level of resilience, discipline, and self-motivation in a remote environment
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
Highly organized with strong time management skills
