Requirements

SAP Compensation Modernization from on-prem to SAP ECP
• My client is working on SAP Compensation Modernization from on-prem to SAP ECP (SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll solution)
• We need Sr. Functional candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place.
• Core responsibility will be validation of Data when migration is taking place.
• They will primarily need to do validation.
• SAP Success Factors Consultant role with hands on experience focused on Compensation and Variable Pay:
• Should be independently able to manage large implementation projects such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements etc.
• He should adhere to system implementation standards and methodologies.
• Should have Good experience with SAP Integration Suite "
• We need good mix of Functional and Technical candidate who has experience in validation of large volumes of data when migration is taking place.
