We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on CPQ (Revenue Cloud), automation, and system integrity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and wants to build solutions users actually love.

Role Details

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Schedule: 1st Shift (8a-5p CST); Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: 46,000 MXN (monthly)

What the Salesforce Administrator Owns

Platform Management & Optimization

Administer Salesforce including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security model

Maintain system health, data integrity, and governance across environments

Support release management, sandbox testing, and deployment processes

Automation & Process Improvement

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation

Streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes

Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

CPQ / Revenue Cloud

Own Salesforce CPQ including product configuration, pricing, and quoting workflows

Manage approvals, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle alignment

Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to align pricing strategy and margins

Integrations & Systems

Support and enhance integrations including Conga Contracts and Klient PSA

Troubleshoot system issues across integrations and automation workflows

Maintain system documentation and configuration standards

Reporting & Data

Build and optimize reports and dashboards for Sales, Finance, and Operations

Ensure data accuracy through validation rules and data hygiene initiatives

Support audit and compliance reporting requirements

Innovation & Collaboration

Support emerging Salesforce capabilities including AI and Agentforce

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Contribute to system enhancements, special projects, and platform expansion

What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days

Assess current Salesforce configuration, automation, and data quality

Identify opportunities to optimize CPQ and streamline workflows

Establish strong partnerships with Sales, Finance, and Operations

Improve reporting visibility and dashboard effectiveness

Support ongoing enhancements and stabilize key system processes

What You Bring

Required:

3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.

Proven experience supporting Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud

Strong experience with Flow Builder and automation tools

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform capabilities

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred:

Experience with Conga Contracts and/or Klient PSA

Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce)

Experience in IT services, MSP, or subscription-based business environments

Familiarity with Apex, JavaScript, or other web technologies

Certifications

Required

Salesforce Administrator Certification

Preferred

Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification

Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Salesforce Platform App Builder

Additional Salesforce certifications related to Revenue Cloud or AI

Key Skills for Success

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices

Deep knowledge of CPQ / Revenue Cloud processes

Experience troubleshooting complex system and integration issues

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
