About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Insights Analyst who can go beyond reporting to uncover insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, business context, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to improve sales performance and revenue outcomes.
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated experience influencing business decisions through data, not just supporting reporting needs.
What You’ll Do
- Own analysis of sales funnel performance, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across pipeline stages
- Diagnose drivers of conversion, deal velocity, and revenue performance; recommend actionable improvements
- Translate data into clear insights and influence sales strategy, planning, and decision-making
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and leadership to solve business problems using data
- Conduct deep-dive analyses (segmentation, cohorts, trend analysis) to answer ambiguous business questions
- Support forecasting and performance reviews with strong analytical rigor and business context
