- Job Description:
- You own the full closing motion on high-intent US inbound: discovery, pitch, negotiation, signature.
- Manage multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end with disciplined follow-up; nothing rots in the pipeline.
- Re-engage dormant accounts for upsell and referrals.
- Own HubSpot: clean records, accurate stages, live forecast.
- Automate repeatable work in Zapier, n8n, and HubSpot and Claude Cowork workflows.
- Requirements:
- Native or C2 English; fluent in how American buyers think, negotiate, and sign.
- 5+ years closing high-ticket B2B (marketing, consulting, coaching, education, or AI SaaS).
- Track record building a sales function from scratch — playbooks, CRM architecture, process.
- Fluent in HubSpot (or equivalent) with a real philosophy on pipeline hygiene.
- Hands-on AI operator shipping daily with Claude and Claude Cowork— not curious, operational.
