</ul><div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div><ul>
<li>Call, prospect, qualify, and sell auto & home insurance policies to new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication</li>
<li>Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs</li>
<li>Actively call and solicit policy bundles to existing clients as well as network for new clients, including win backs </li>
<li><strong>You can earn more based on your sales performance</strong></li>

<li>Willing to obtain Virginia Property and Casualty License</li>
<li>Prior sales experience preferred, not required</li>
<li>Ability to put in the effort to succeed and work well in team office environment</li>
