Sales Representative

What This Role Is
Fully remote sales position
Work with families who have requested information (no cold calling)

First-Year Compensation
Typical first-year earnings: $70,000 – $90,000

Responsibilities
Conduct virtual appointments with clients to assess needs and present coverage options
Help families protect their income, mortgage, and final expenses
Learn sales fundamentals, communication skills, and business leadership
Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions
Progress into leadership by mentoring and training new agents
