Sales Manager / Chemical Trader (m/f/d) – Poland (Warsaw or Remote)


We are a medium-sized international trading company specializing in paraffin wax, paraffin oils, and chemical raw materials. We serve as a strategic link between Western and Eastern European markets and maintain long-term partnerships with refineries and industrial customers.


To strengthen our expansion in Poland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Sales Manager / Trader (m/f/d) with strong market knowledge and an independent working style.


Tasks


Your responsibilities



  • Develop and expand sales of paraffin wax and chemical products in the Polish market

  • Identify and acquire new industrial customers

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

  • Conduct offer preparation, price negotiations, and contract finalization

  • Develop relationships with refineries and suppliers

  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

  • Represent the company in commercial negotiations


Requirements


Your profile



  • Sales experience, ideally in chemicals, petrochemicals, wax, or related industries

  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills

  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive attitude

  • Excellent Polish and English skills (mandatory)

  • German or Russian is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Poland

  • Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
